Payment-card and UPI credentials are processed by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout; DP SHOP does not receive your complete payment credentials.

If you submit an unboxing video or photographs for a missing, wrong, damaged or defective-item claim, that evidence may include your shipping label, voice, home surroundings or other personal information. We use it only to review the claim, prevent misuse and maintain necessary records.
